Bed bugs and Bean Leaves

I know that nobody likes to even think about bedbugs but the reality is that they are making a come back. As insecticide resistant varieties have evolved the bed bug is returning to our bedrooms.

We carry bug proof mattress encasements that are effective in solving this problem but scientists are studying new methods in bedbug control.

Here is a good article from the New York Times about an old Eastern European folk remedy that may be making a come back as well. Bean leaves as bug traps – Who would have known? I think we could find bean leaves in Iowa.
